RETURN POLICY

35cl Cocktail Co. follows strict quality control procedures before any product is sent out. We monitor our products as they go through each step of our production process and we personally over order to our courier ourselves on our shipping days to ensure that what you receive is of utmost quality.

35cl Cocktail Co. is not liable for any minor damages caused by delivery (please see section 8 of our Terms and Conditions). Major damages caused by or during delivery including huge crack/s on the bottle or significant spillage may warrant eligibility for return. Returns in this manner will be at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer to return the product to the company. For requests of returns or refunds due to shipping damages, the customer must first send the damaged product back to 35cl Beverage Concept Inc. before a refund or return may be processed.

Any form of refund will incur a refund charge of P30 (to be deducted from the total refunded amount). We are unable to issue store credit. All refunds will be issued through the same method used for payment. Refunds for credit card payments may take additional time to process.

Returns or refunds based on the following merits will not be accepted by the company unless explicitly agreed to by an authorized representative of 35cl Beverage Concept Inc.: 

  • dissatisfaction from the taste of the product

  • inability to taste the described tasting notes

  • slight color variation from posted/printed pictures from the actual product

  • presence of fine particles at the bottom of the bottle

  • damage or contamination done by the consumer

  • tampering of the packaging or the product done by external causes

  • damages done outside the context of production

  • minor superficial differences and other changes caused by external variables


Products that include production-related contamination such as large particles formed without the tampering of the product may be eligible for a return or a refund. Taste-related concerns will not be eligible merits for return unless the product displays extreme bitterness, extreme sourness, or tastes that may pose as a health hazard. These must be reported immediately to the company through help@35clcocktail.com with pictures of the said, untampered product within 3 days of the shipping date. Once approved, the said product must also be returned to the company before receiving a refund.
