ORDERS + SHIPPING


When will my order arrive?

Please allow us 1-3 working days to process your order. Our cocktails are only made and bottled once an order is confirmed. Your order will be shipped on the delivery day following its confirmation.

Where do you ship?

At the moment, we only ship to locations within Metro Manila, Philippines.

What are your shipping methods?

We use Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, Transportify, or Grab Delivery to ship our items. We want to ensure that you receive your order on the same day it is shipped out to maximize the freshness of the cocktail.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of P180 for shipping within Metro Manila.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal for transactions made directly through our website.

Alternatively, you may opt to pay via bank transfer or by depositing directly to our Banco De Oro (BDO) account by placing a request through our order form. Kindly note that orders made through this method may require an additional 1-3 days to process and are subject to availability based on direct website sales.

How are your cocktails made?

We create our cocktails by mixing various spirits, sweeteners, juices, and spices, just as you would have in a typical bar. However, we apply different techniques to enhance or tweak the flavors of the ingredients–depending on our desired flavor profile. We also apply additional methods or use replacements for certain ingredients to prolong the shelf life of our cocktails. Some of the techniques we used are milk washing, steeping, and rapid-infusion; while we occasionally use food grade citric and malic acid (substances found naturally in fruits) instead of fresh citrus.

The cocktail I want is sold out. Will you be restocking?

We will not be restocking any sold out items as all our cocktails are limited and numbered.

How often do you release cocktails?

We regularly release new collections twice a year. As we push towards exploring new and different flavors, we never release the same cocktail twice.

What is the best way to store my cocktail?

We highly recommend that you refrigerate your cocktail in order to maintain its flavor and aroma. Do not place the bottle in the freezer as the cocktail will solidify.

In the absence of a refrigerator, you may store your bottle in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

When will my cocktail expire?

Each cocktail should last indefinitely due to the processes utilized during production. However, we highly recommend that you consume the beverage before the prescribed “imbibe by” date to enjoy the cocktail at its peak in terms of flavor (approx. 1 1/2 - 2 months).

There are sediments at the bottom of my bottle. Is this normal?

It is normal for fine particles to settle at the bottom of the bottle over time. This will not affect the quality of the drink in any manner. Give the bottle a swirl before pouring out the cocktail to reintegrate the sediments.

Do you have any stockists?

We are currently not affiliated with any stockists or distributors. We sell our cocktails exclusively through our online store as each cocktail is limited and made as you order.

DISPOSAL


How can I dispose of my glass bottle?

We’re currently looking into the best way to dispose of your bottle. At the moment, we recommend repurposing the bottle after finishing your beverage or to send them to a recycling center.
