This cocktail serves as an amalgamation of multiple ingredients and was a conceptual take on layered desserts, particularly halo-halo.

Enjoy CE008 on the rocks for pronounced notes of sugarcane wine and apple cider. Alternatively, it may be enjoyed with tonic water for a more refreshing take, with notes of apple juice and sparkling wine.

Serving Suggestion

On The Rocks: Pour approximately 2.5 oz. of the cocktail into a Rocks Glass over ice. (Notes: Sugarcane Wine, Apple Cider)

Alternative Method: Pour 2 oz. of the cocktail into a Collins Glass. Top with Tonic Water in a 1:1 ratio (Cocktail : Tonic Water). Stir 3–4 times to incorporate. (Notes: Apple Juice, Sparkling Wine)
